Wonderful and unique Masía that forms part of an architectural complex built in 1693 by the master builder Josep Masdeu i Puigdemasa. An important renovation was carried out in 1920 on the original building, giving the edifice its current appearance. A square turret with four slopes stands out above the main roof of the building. On the eastern side there is a small chapel attached, where the main façade features an open rose window. Access to the Masía is from a terrace that surrounds it, equipped with long railings with balusters. The pink color of the complex is one of the most recognizable characteristics of the Masía de la Budellera complex. The Masía has a built area of 963 m² in a building with a ground floor and two upper floors intended for housing. Interior subdivision of the Masía into two dwellings is possible. The attached chapel, with a use different from housing, has a built area of 63 m² in a building with a basement and a ground floor. It has its own independent access. Within the estate there is the possibility to build a single-family dwelling of 409 m² built. The Masía is in very good condition, having been completely renovated inside in 1972 and currently distributed over a ground floor plus two floors. The ground floor, which has a built area of three hundred fifty-nine square meters, is distributed in a spacious hall, foyer, living room, two rooms, one bedroom and toilet, very large dining room, kitchen and cellar. The first floor, with a area of four hundred seventeen square meters, is distributed in a living room, library, salon, four bedrooms, five bathrooms (four en suite), a toilet, terrace and the chapel, and the second floor, with a built area of one hundred fifty-five square meters, is distributed in a study, storage room, three bedrooms and a toilet, and includes as an appurtenance the exclusive use and enjoyment of a large garden and recreation area surrounding it, with an approximate area of one thousand eight hundred twenty-six square meters.
